Both IRs will offer fantastic indoor entertainment options to their visitors. From Venetian gondolas to ice-skating, from hopping nightclubs to dazzling musical spectacles, these IRs have something for everyone.

Romance? Visitors to the Venetian in Las Vegas and the Venetian in Macau all love it so why not in Singapore too? Young lovers and young-at-heart couples are guaranteed that special feeling that only gliding along in gondolas manned by Italian boatmen can give. What a way to travel through the MBS complex!

Think you’re in the Tropics? Think again. How about a state-of-the-art ice rink at the Marina Bay Sands where young and old alike can show off their Ice Capades?skills? Wow! I’m cooling off already. Of course, we mustn’t forget to warm up at the 3,700 sqm Entertainment Zone which will feature games and video arcades.

Fans of culture and arts will love the shows inside the two 2,000-seat modern theatres. MBS has not yet confirmed the various shows which will grace the theatres. However, it is widely believed that one of the resident acts in one of the theatres will be produced by the leading producer of live entertainment from the US, Clear Channel Entertainment. Truly international! And for those looking to get out of their seats, night owls can also party the night away in the modern night clubs.

The two theatres will be housed in the building right behind the ArtScience museum called Dome 1, near ‘New Bridge? This currently under construction bridge will connect MBS waterfront to the area just outside the Esplanade theatres on the Bay. Pedestrians will be able to walk across from Art Park, the floating stadium and the Singapore Flyer all the way to Dome 1 housing the theatres. Exciting AND accessable.

Unlike the MBS most of RWS’s fun and entertainment will be concentrated outdoors. Having said this, RWS will house the 360-degree multimedia motion shipwreck theatre in the Maritime Xperiential Museum. Furthermore, the much awaited music and dance spectacle ‘Le Vie? created by Mark Fisher in collaboration with music maestro Dave Steward will dazzle its audiences inside the Plenary Hall in the basement of Hotel Festive. All that action making you thirsty? No worries. There will be plenty of indoor watering holes too!
